Emergency plumbing service in Louth (Drogheda, Dundalk, Ardee) with more than 15 years Experience

Plumbing emergencies do not wait for office hours. Our chat is open around the clock and we can usually be with you the same day – often within the hour in Drogheda and Dundalk. Our plumbers are fully insured and are RGI-registered Gas Installers, so they are certified to work on your gas boiler and other gas appliances.

Emergency Plumbing repairs

We can repair any leaking pipe, burst water main, broken toilet cisterns, blocked drains etc.

Emergency water heater installation

If you are looking for a new hot water system then look no further than us. We install combi boilers, system boilers and electric water heaters, and we can normally get hot water back on the same day.

Leak detection and emergency leak fix

Leaks don’t always show up immediately but sometimes they do. That’s why we use state of the art technology to find hidden leaks before they become major problems – without pulling up half your floor to look for them.

Emergency blocked toilets repair

Blocked sewers and toilets aren’t uncommon during heavy rainfalls. When this happens, we’ll come out straight away to unblock your sewer line or clear your blocked drain.

Emergency drain cleaning

Our plumbers will remove grease build-up and debris from inside your kitchen sink, bathtub, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and more.

Emergency flood damage repair

Flooding damages everything that gets wet so whether it’s walls, floors, furniture or electrical appliances, we can help restore your property back to normal.

Emergency repair of leaking taps

Taps often go unnoticed until one day they start dripping constantly. The reason behind this? The washers and cartridges inside wear down through constant use and eventually need replacing.

Emergency toilet replacement

A blocked or cracked toilet is not an easy thing to live with, especially if you have got a houseful. If yours cannot be repaired, we can supply and fit a replacement quickly and leave the bathroom usable again.

Fixing burst pipes

Burst pipes are usually caused by cold weather freezing the water inside a pipe, which expands and splits it, or by old, corroded pipework giving way under pressure. Whatever the cause, we will isolate the water, repair or replace the damaged section and get you back on supply.

Emergency hot water system replacement

A house with no hot water is a house that grinds to a halt. Cylinders, immersions and hot water systems do wear out over time, and when yours is past repairing we can replace it and get you back to normal quickly.

Heating systems breakdown repair

Heating systems breakdowns occur when parts fail within heating units such as boilers, heat pumps and radiators. We carry common spares on the van, so many breakdowns are fixed on the first visit.

Emergency questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you really available 24 hours a day?

Yes. We take emergency jobs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Start a chat, tell us what has happened, and we will come straight back to you.

Do you charge a callout fee for emergency work?

No. We don’t charge a callout fee. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs, and we are always happy to give you a price before we start any work. All rates exclude materials.

Where is my stopcock and what does it do?

The stopcock is the valve that shuts off the cold water coming into your house. It is normally under the kitchen sink, in the hot press, or in a small covered box outside near the boundary of your property. Turning it clockwise stops the flow – which is the single most useful thing you can do while waiting for a plumber. It is worth finding yours before you ever need it.

My boiler has stopped and I have no heat. Is that an emergency?

If there is a smell of gas, leave the house and ring the Gas Networks Ireland emergency line on 1800 20 50 50 straight away – that comes before contacting us. For a boiler that has simply stopped working, we treat no heat and no hot water as urgent, especially in cold weather or where there are children or older people in the house. Message us and we will get to you as quickly as we can. See also our boiler servicing and repair page.

Do you cover commercial emergencies as well?

We do. Offices, shops, pubs, restaurants, schools and rental property across Louth – we understand a plumbing failure means lost trading, so commercial call-outs are prioritised. More on our commercial plumbing page.
