Gas and oil boiler servicing, repair and replacement across County Louth and Dublin. An annual service keeps a boiler safe, efficient and inside its warranty.
Whether you are on gas in the middle of Drogheda or on oil out the country beyond Ardee, boilers are serviced, repaired and replaced right across County Louth and into Dublin.
You must have your boiler serviced at least once a year as per your boiler manufacturer’s recommendations. There are three good reasons for that, and only one of them is the paperwork:
Gas boiler repair, gas boiler service, oil boiler repair, oil boiler service, boiler replacements, boiler breakdown service, and boiler maintenance. If it heats your water, we look after it.
Smell gas? Do not message us first. Leave the house, leave the door open, do not touch light switches, and ring the Gas Networks Ireland 24 hour emergency line on 1800 20 50 50. Ring us once the property is made safe.
Straight with you about what your boiler actually needs. Ask us about registrations and insurance for your job.

Nozzle, filter, combustion set-up and efficiency test on oil-fired boilers – the standard set-up for most rural homes across Louth.
When repairing an old boiler stops making sense, you should be told so. A new condensing boiler is sized, supplied and fitted a new condensing boiler and leave the system balanced and working properly.
No heat or no hot water is treated as urgent. See boiler repair and our emergency plumber page.
Planned servicing for landlords and property managers, with a written record for every property. Ideal alongside our commercial plumbing cover.
Thermostats, zone valves and timers set up properly, so the boiler only fires when it needs to. Often the cheapest saving available on an older system.
Boilers rarely fail without warning. If you notice any of the following, get it looked at before it becomes a cold week in January:
Gas and oil, every make and model.
Gas and oil boiler servicing throughout Louth village and the surrounding townlands.
Boiler service Drogheda – annual servicing, repairs and replacements across the town and out to the coast.
Boiler service Dundalk, the town and the surrounding area.
Oil boiler servicing around Ardee and mid-Louth.
Boiler servicing across north Dublin and the city: Balbriggan, Skerries, Swords, Malahide and along the M1 corridor.
You must have your boiler serviced at least once a year as per your boiler manufacturer’s recommendations. Most people book it in late summer or early autumn, before the heating goes on for the winter.
It depends on how old and how efficient the current boiler is. An old non-condensing boiler wastes far more heat than a modern condensing one, so the saving is usually biggest on the oldest boilers. See boiler replacement.
Yes, both gas and oil boilers are serviced. Oil is the more common set-up in rural parts of Louth. Ask us about registrations for your job.
A straightforward annual service usually takes under an hour. If a fault is found, you are told what it is and what it costs to fix before anything is done.
Ask for the price before any work starts. The plumber will tell you how the job is charged, including any call-out charge, before anything is done.
It depends on the age of the boiler, what has failed, and whether parts are still available. As a rule of thumb, once a boiler is well past ten years old and the repair is a large fraction of the cost of a new one, replacing it usually works out better. Ask for both prices and decide.
