1. Who these terms are with

louthplumbers.ie is operated by Systems R Sdn Bhd, trading as Systems Ninjas ("we", "us"). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

This site describes plumbing, heating, boiler and solar hot water services in County Louth and lets you make an enquiry, mainly through the chat window. Making an enquiry does not create a contract for any work. A contract only comes into being when a job and a price have been agreed with you directly.

3. Quotes and prices

Anything on this site about prices, response times, availability or how long a job takes is a general guide, not an offer. A quote is only binding once it has been given to you for your specific job, and it can change if what is found on site differs from what was described.

4. Information on the site

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete or current, and it is not professional advice for your particular situation. Plumbing, gas and electrical work carries real risk: if you are unsure, get a registered installer to look at it rather than relying on a web page.

If you smell gas, leave the building and ring the Gas Networks Ireland 24 hour emergency line on 1800 20 50 50 before you contact anyone else.

5. The chat assistant

The chat on this site is answered by an AI assistant before a person sees it. It can get things wrong, and nothing it says is a quote, a diagnosis or a commitment to attend at a particular time. Anything that matters will be confirmed by a person. How we handle what you type is set out in our Privacy Notice.

6. Your use of the site

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to send anyone else's personal details without their permission, to attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach, or to interfere with how it works for other people.

7. Content and ownership

The text, layout, design, code and images on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own use and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website – for example a regulator, a grant scheme or a manufacturer – we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with your use of this website is limited to €100. Liability for any plumbing work we actually carry out is dealt with in the terms agreed for that job, not here.

We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. This version is dated 16 August 2026.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
